Tom Gouldsborough is the Division Manager of Corporate Services at Manitoba Hydro. He is responsible for Manitoba Hydro Facilities, Properties, Fleet, Purchasing and Materials Management. Tom is responsible for coordination of business development in Manitoba Hydro, including the acquisition and integration of Centra Gas and Winnipeg Hydro. Currently, Tom is the Project Manager for Manitoba Hydro’s Downtown Office Project.

Tom has a diverse engineering/ Strategic Planning/ Corporate Operations background in Electrical Utility Design, Construction and Commissioning. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
