Social Finance Innovation: Dr. Tessa Hebb, Carleton University This session will provide an overview on social finance in Canada and its implications for organizations, communities and individuals. Social finance is an innovative investment approach that seeks "blended value returns" that include economic, social and environmental returns. Social finance is an innovative approach that provides access to capital for social enterprises in our communities and can be viewed as a vehicle for corporate social responsibility. |

CSR on the Spectrum of Social Innovation: Allyson Hewitt, Causeway Toronto This session will outline the spectrum from charities, to revenue generating NFPs, to hybrid organizations, to CSR and FP businesses and how social finance can be mobilized to support each of those entities. |
