Gabriel (Gabe) Miller is the Director of Advocacy for the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. Gabe joined FCM in January 2007 as a Senior Policy Analyst responsible for Municipal Infrastructure, Transportation, Finance and Intergovernmental Arrangements. Prior to joining FCM, Gabe worked for the City of Ottawa, first as a political staffer to the Chair of the City's Transportation Committee, and then as an advisor to the City Manager. Gabe has degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Queen's University in Kingston.
