Euan Wallace is First Secretary (Climate Change) at the British High Commission in Ottawa. Euan heads a small team of Climate Change Officers based in Ottawa and Vancouver. He has been working in Canada since June 2008. Euan's previous assignments have included as Head of Sustainable Development in the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in London, Conflict Prevention and Non-Proliferation. Euan was also an Assistant Private Secretary to the FCO's Minister for Europe. He has served overseas in Paris, Moscow, New York and NATO Brussels. |
